Set up time all depends on the size of the event.
Grazing tables generally require 1-3hr set up. We kindly ask that the table is ready to go upon our arrival.
Once set up has finished we leave you to enjoy your event with your guests.
Platters and grazing table props and accessories are collected within days of the event if within a 40km radius of us. If outside the 40km radius, our items can be returned to us in Mooloolah Valley. All items must be cleaned prior to our collection. Please note if you or your venue require us to return on the day for pack down this will incur an extra $100 fee.
We offer free delivery/ travel within a 25km radius of us.
Beyond this we will put together a quote for you.
Of course! We can combine our products or tailor a specific quote for your event.
The table needs to be in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. During the summer months this is preferably inside in the air-conditioning. If setting up outside please consider the elements, weather, flys etc and understand they are completely out of our control.
It is our recommendation that Platters and Grazing tables inside or outside should not be consumed for longer than 2.5 hours for food safety purposes.
